…a piece of info for you about Kanui and Lula by the way: Kanui was William Kanui …David Kanui was different player entirely ( who never left the USA) . William left the USA in 1913 and never returned, dying in Paris in 1960. Lula was actually a French girl, named Lucie Schmidt. I’m part way through writing a book about them !! best wishes, Les
